Calls now have photo and sound invites, show who is in the call and for how long, and the call screen was redesigned with larger buttons and sound when muting or sharing screen.

On mobile, the Calendar opens on today with a week strip; on desktop, meeting alerts appear on any screen and new meetings suggest times when the whole team is free.

The "Prepare with AI" button in meeting details opens Consultant AI with the meeting and guest context ready.

Each CRM stage can have configurable automatic actions, such as moving the card after first contact or a reply, and bring ActiveCampaign contacts into the imported automation.

The client fills in contract details through a link, with CNPJ lookup, witnesses and e-signature; the consultant reviews and approves before sending.

Build proposals with A/B/C options and bundled services, and send them to the client by email or WhatsApp right from the deal.

Close the project with a checklist and close-out statement, collect the client's evaluation and signature, and keep the document hash.

The browser tab shows unread messages, and the "This device" panel in Settings › Notifications helps enable and test alerts, including on iPhone.

The Answers tab was rebuilt: numbers split by type, a filter for diagnostics or simple forms, clear columns and a side panel with everything the person answered, without leaving the list.

Answers from simple forms, which used to appear nowhere, now show in the list with a type label, and the deal card shows how many answers the contact has.

The deal now shows not only the latest diagnostic but also simple forms and earlier diagnostics, with an option to mark as reviewed.

Anyone who used the Name field on a form now sees the person's name in the lists, the completion email and the Brain summary, including old answers.

A Structure activity can repeat weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly, and the project creates the next occurrences by itself until the end date.

A Service can define the recurring client meeting rhythm, how many business days each phase lasts and which deliverables go into the project, with a preview before creating.

A booking link can now be a recurring project meeting, and the client picks the first free slot of the series straight into the consultant's calendar.

Support, Guide and News became a single Help item, with the guide for the current page, and the old floating bubble no longer covers screen buttons.

The Guide now covers every screen of the software — CRM, Intelligence, Projects, Courses, Calendar, Chat, Dashboard, Settings and Consultor AI — with step-by-step tutorials and a drawing of the screen on desktop and mobile.

Search any tutorial at the top of the Guide (or press Ctrl K on any page) and find it by what you want to do.

The Guide button sits in the corner of every page and shows how to use that screen, without covering buttons or text.

Task descriptions pasted from ChatGPT, WhatsApp or written by Consultor AI now show up formatted, with proper headings, lists and spacing.

In the Timeline and Activities, each row with children gets a chevron to fold its branch, a badge of hidden items and a picker to jump between phases, deliverables, stages and tasks.

The follow-up card shows whether it is on track or late along with open tasks, and logging a call, email or meeting completes the follow-up on its own.

Clicking a photo or name opens the trimmed profile, the channel gets a panel with description and members, and owners or admins can make a channel private after creating it.

In Integrations → WhatsApp you can see the number's quality and set the daily sending limit.
