Billing questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
Billing for the plan you chose starts automatically on the card on file as soon as the 30-day trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
Do I need a card to try it?
Yes. The card is collected at the start of the trial, but nothing is charged until day 30 — it keeps you from entering your details twice.
How does cancellation work?
Anytime, from the billing portal (Settings → Plan). No lock-in, no penalty — access continues until the period you already paid for ends.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want, from the same portal. The amount is prorated automatically.
What counts as an active client?
A client with at least one project in progress or an active program enrollment. Completed projects don't count toward the limit.
What counts as a student, and what happens if I go over the limit?
Anyone with active access to your member area and courses. Going over the limit never blocks a sale: manual enrollment stops, and you get a notice to change plans.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
You connect your own business number (Meta Cloud API) — messages are billed by Meta directly to your account, at Meta's official rates. consultor.app doesn't add a per-message cost.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, via Stripe.
