How to connect

Two minutes, in the app you already use.

Claude (web, desktop and mobile)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name: consultor.app. URL: the MCP address. Keep the detected options (Sign in now and Claude's published identity) and click Add.
  3. Click Connect, sign in to consultor.app, pick the workspace and authorize.

ChatGPT

  1. In Settings → Apps → Advanced settings, turn on Developer mode.
  2. Create an app with the MCP address and OAuth authentication.
  3. Sign in to consultor.app, pick the workspace and authorize. Developer mode availability depends on your ChatGPT plan.

Claude Code

  1. Run the command below in your terminal.
  2. Inside Claude Code, use /mcp to sign in and authorize.

For broad research the MCP also provides search and fetch: name search across clients, deals, contacts, projects, tasks, reports, meetings and methodologies, and the full content of each result — the format used by ChatGPT deep research.

Security and privacy

You decide what the AI app can do.

Sign-in and explicit consent.

The connection uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. You sign in with your consultor.app account and see which app is asking for access before you authorize.

One workspace per connection.

You pick the workspace when authorizing. The AI app sees no other workspace, even if you belong to several.

Your role's permissions.

The app acts with the same permissions you have in the workspace. You can authorize read only; deleting records requires the owner or admin role.

Instant revocation.

In Settings → AI apps you see every connected app and can revoke it at any time. Access also ends if you leave the workspace.

Who can connect?
Anyone with an account and an active workspace on consultor.app. Each person connects with their own login.
Can I connect more than one workspace?
Yes. Each connection covers one workspace; to use another, connect again and pick it.
Can the AI app delete data?
Only if you authorize create, edit and delete and you are an owner or admin. Claude and ChatGPT ask for confirmation before destructive actions.
What is stored about my usage?
The authorization (app, workspace, permissions, last use) and records of which tool was used. We never receive your conversations in the AI app. See the privacy policy.
