What is consultor.app, exactly?
The operating system for independent consultants and small to mid-size consultancies, agencies, accounting firms, coaching practices and professional service firms. It combines diagnostics, CRM, proposals, projects, a client portal, a members area and WhatsApp with AI, and at its core is an agent with more than 300 actions. It's not an assistant you operate — it's an agent that operates for you.
What's the difference between copilot and autopilot?
A copilot helps you work faster — you still do everything. An autopilot does it for you. consultor.app is autopilot: the agent executes, you approve what matters. The client pays for the result, not for the hours you spent.
What does the agent actually do?
More than 300 autonomous actions: a full diagnostic before the meeting, a proposal with scope and price, onboarding carried out, weekly follow-up, meeting transcripts with next steps extracted, at-risk client alerts, periodic reports generated, Google Calendar events created and managed, Google Drive files indexed. All with persistent memory of each client.
What is HITL (Human-in-the-Loop)?
For critical actions — sending a proposal, closing a diagnostic, running a high-impact workflow — the agent stops and asks for your confirmation before proceeding. You keep judgment where it adds value. The AI handles the rest.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Methodologies are configured by drag-and-drop, workflows come with ready-made templates, and the agent learns from what you already do. Zero code, zero technical setup.
Does it work for any type of consultancy?
Yes. The platform is niche-agnostic — strategy, HR, finance, marketing, technology, legal. The agent learns your specific methodology and operates within it. The more you use it, the more precise it gets.
Plans and pricing
Is there a free trial?
30 days free. Your card is requested at sign-up and nothing is charged before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no penalty and no red tape. You cancel from the dashboard, your data stays available for export for 30 days and is then destroyed. There's no minimum commitment.
Do you accept payment in reais (BRL)?
Yes. Billing is in Brazilian reais (BRL) by credit card. Annual plans carry a discount versus monthly.
Data and security
Is my data mine?
Yes, without ambiguity. Your methodologies, client history, conversations and knowledge base belong to you. If you cancel, you export everything and our copies are destroyed within 30 days. We never sell data, never share it across workspaces.
Do the AI models train on my data?
No. This is in contract with OpenAI and Anthropic — it's not internal policy, it's a binding clause with the providers. Your data never feeds training of third-party models.
How does workspace isolation work?
Row Level Security in Postgres: each workspace is an island at the database level. There's no query that returns another tenant's data. Even an application bug can't cross that boundary.
Integrations
What integrations are available today?
Google Calendar, Meet and Drive, WhatsApp Business, transcription via Read AI, and payment and e-signature gateways — Stripe, Asaas, Vindi, ZapSign and Autentique. Full list at consultor.app/integracoes.
How does the agent's memory work?
Three layers: episodic (every interaction in detail), narrative (long-term patterns and strategies) and persisted facts (what's essential about each client). The more you use it, the more precise the agent gets — and the harder it is to replicate what you've built.
